2. Even after payment, for any reason, the Architect can also cancel the order. In such a situation, the user will start seeing the option of refund instead of processing. From there, the User can send their refund request to DMH by completing the process.
3. After making the payment, the User will not receive any option. Thus, there will be no option for Cancel (Refund) request. If still, the user wants to Cancel (Refund), then he can ask his Architect for this. And he will fill the form on accuracy that whether he will refund or not.
