From a single dimensioned floor plan to the complete drawing set with structure, plumbing, electrical and estimation. Every package states its price, its rate and exactly what is inside it.

Terms that apply to every package

The per-sq.ft rate applies, but the per-floor minimum charge always holds.
Only the stated number of design changes is included.
A major change may attract extra charges.
Payment is 100% in advance.
