Our process
How a project runs, start to finish
You always know which stage you are at, what happens next, and who is doing it. Nothing begins before you have accepted a written quotation.
-
Step 01
Requirement Discussion
We start with a conversation about what you need, how many people will live there, and what you are comfortable spending.
-
Step 02
Site & Plot Details
Plot dimensions, facing, setbacks, soil condition and access are recorded. A site visit is arranged where it is warranted.
-
Step 03
Concept & Planning
We produce initial layouts and a massing view so you can see the shape of the house before any detailed work begins.
-
Step 04
Design & Quotation
Once the concept is agreed you receive an itemised quotation covering drawings, materials or execution as applicable.
-
Step 05
Client Approval
Nothing proceeds until you accept the quotation in writing. Revisions at this stage cost nothing.
-
Step 06
Execution
Work begins to the agreed scope, with the trades scheduled so one does not hold up the next.
-
Step 07
Progress Updates
Your reference number gives you a tracking page. Each milestone is marked off as it is completed.
-
Step 08
Completion & Handover
Final inspection, snag list, and handover of drawings, warranties and circuit charts.

Questions
About the process
How are payments structured?
What happens if I do not like the design?
After a design is approved, you can raise a change request from your account or from the tracking page. We review it, tell you what it involves, and quote it if it falls outside the agreed scope.
