This policy applies to every payment made to SAWNA INFRABUILD PVT. LTD. (Design My House) through this website, by bank transfer, by UPI or in cash.
Design and drawing work is not refundable
Payments for design services — floor plans, elevations, structural drawings, interior design, estimation and drawing sheets — are non-refundable once work has started. Design is professional time: the moment our team begins drawing to your plot, that time has been spent and cannot be recovered by cancelling.
The same applies to drawing sheets bought and downloaded from this website. A PDF that has been delivered cannot be returned, so those purchases are final.
When money is returned
There are two situations where a payment is refunded in full:
- We have not started. If you cancel before any work begins on your order, the full amount is returned.
- The payment failed or was taken twice. A duplicate charge, or an amount deducted for an order that was never created, is returned in full.
Refunds are made to the same account the payment came from, usually within 5 to 7 working days of being approved. Bank timelines are outside our control.
Changes to a design
Revisions are included rather than refunded. Every service states how many changes are included in its price, and commercial work carries unlimited changes for one week. If a drawing is not what you asked for, tell us and we will correct it — that is what the included revisions are for.
Material and contractor work
Material is quoted and supplied separately, and anything delivered to site is subject to the supplier's own return terms. Contractor work is billed against agreed stages; a stage that has been completed and accepted is not refundable.
