Home loan support

The drawings and papers your bank asks for

We prepare the blueprint, naksha, project report and estimate a bank or NBFC wants with a home loan application — to scale, on our letterhead, ready to submit.

Most banks will not open a home loan file without a proper set of drawings. They ask for a scale blueprint of what you intend to build, a naksha the municipality or panchayat has passed, an estimate of what it will cost, and a plan the valuer can measure against. Getting those from three different people is where most applications stall.

We prepare all of them. The same team that draws your house prepares the set your bank needs, in one go, so the drawing you build from and the drawing the bank holds are the same drawing.

What we prepare

  • Blueprint to scale — the drawing a bank or a municipality will accept for submission.
  • Naksha for passing — prepared for the local authority's approval process.
  • Project report and estimate — an itemised cost of the work, stage by stage.
  • Plot details and measurements — dimensioned, so a valuer has something to measure.
  • Floor plans and elevation — where the bank asks to see the building itself.

What we do not do

We are a design and construction firm, not a bank and not a loan agent. We do not lend money, we do not apply on your behalf, and we cannot promise that any bank will approve anything. Which bank you go to, what they sanction and what they charge for it is between you and them.

What we can promise is that when they ask for the drawings, you will have them.

What it costs

There is no separate loan fee. You pay our published rate for the drawing work itself — the same rate that is on the Blueprint — Loan & Naksha Passing page and nothing on top of it:

₹3/sq.ft · minimum ₹5,000 per floor Usually ready in 3–5 working days.

The bank's own processing charge is separate and is the bank's. Every lender sets its own, and we neither collect it nor take a share of it.
